On Tuesday, April 8, 2025, King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia presided over a commemorative event at the Congress of Deputies for International Romani Day (Día Internacional del Pueblo Gitano), marking the 600th anniversary of the arrival of the Romani people on the Iberian Peninsula. The day was officially recognized by the Spanish Congress of Deputies in 2018.

Upon arrival, the King and Queen were received by high-ranking state officials, led by the President of the Congress of Deputies, Francina Armengol, and the Second Vice President of the Government and Minister of Labor, Yolanda Díaz. International Romani Day is a time to celebrate Romani culture and raise awareness of the challenges faced by Romani communities.

    Hmmm, not sure about this dress. Lovely dress, fits well, something is missing, can’t put my finger on it. Maybe it needs a belt.

      I agree. Think it may be the length not quite right for the shoes again. I do like the blue trouser suit worn by the Romani dignitary.

    I like the print of this dress. It makes Letizia stand out in a crowd. It's a bit long for her torso. It would look better a bit shorter.

      Agreed. Also with the low kitten heels, a shorter dress would be more flattering. I really like the lady's blue/aqua blue outfit.

      Sandra and Annie I am with you in that perhaps it is length of the dress with the lower heel shoe that put the proportion off.

    Alle drei so schönen Frauen wirken nicht wirklich in ihrer zu langen Kleidung. Die Dame in dem Hosenanzug, die Hose ist um 1,5cm zu lang, hier sieht man was eine gute Beratung und ein Schneider besser machen kann. In dem Blazer der linken Tasche beult etwas und das mag ich persönlich absolut nicht, ein gutes Beispiel weshalb eine Handtasche sehr sinnvoll ist. Wahrscheinlich ein Mobiltelefon : ) Kopfkino wenn es zu summen oder vibrieren beginnt. Für so einen wertvollen Anlass, ist das ein absolutes No Go! -Dorothe-

    Its splendid to see a rewear of this dress. I love the pussy bow effect. The colors are becoming, I like the style and design of the dress. Her color accessories are perfect.
