On February 18, 2025, Queen Silvia of Sweden attended the 2025 Mentor Arabia Gala Dinner, hosted by the Education Above All Foundation and Mentor Arabia. The event was held under the patronage of Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of the Education Above All Foundation, and was hosted by Prince Turki Bin Talal, Chairman of Mentor Arabia.
Proceeds from the Gala Dinner will benefit thousands of youth in Qatar and Lebanon through the Youth Empowerment and Employment for Development (YEED) project, a joint initiative between EAA and Mentor Arabia. It is chaired by Prince Turki Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz, and it is a branch of Mentor International, which was founded in 1994 and is headed by Queen Silvia.

حذفWhat beautiful gowns both ladies are wearing. Sheikha Moza's is stunning as is she. What intricate work on her gown--it appears literally encrusted. I do really like Queen Silvia's gown but I do not think the color flatters her. Again, the beadwork is beautiful on Silvia's dress too.

حذفI agree with Anon 14:20. The Sheikha is dressed very elegantly. Such delicate clothing, it reminds me of Queen Salma of Morocco, an equally stylish queen. I can't believe her age. She looks like a sister of Queen Rania. Queen Silvia looks less energized than usual, maybe because of the pale outfit. Nevertheless, she looks very stylish and appropriate.

There are dedicated products of specific cosmetic brands used to get this effect.
Basically, it stems from Korean beauty rituals bu it is widely used all over the world.

Personally, I am so pleased to see Sheikha Moza. What a lovely woman. Whatever her routine is, it’s working. If she’s happy, I’m happy. I love the way she artfully takes the latest fashion and adapts it to her culture and religion. I’m also so pleased that even though her husband is no longer ruler, she is continuing to champion education and growth for her nations youth.
