On February 9, 2025, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel of Sweden visited Örebro to attend a church service at Längbro Church in honor of the victims of the school shooting at Campus Risbergska. Längbro Church is located near Risbergska School, where Tuesday's violent attack took place. The Crown Princess and Prince also visited the memorial site outside the school, where they laid flowers and lit a candle.

On February 4, 2025, a school shooting occurred at Campus Risbergska, an adult education center in Örebro. Eleven people were killed, including the perpetrator, and six others were injured. The shooter was identified as 35-year-old Rickard Andersson, but his motives for the attack are still under investigation by the Swedish Police Authority and the Swedish Security Service. Örebro is the seventh-largest city in Sweden.

    It seems there are sometimes sadder occasions, than happier ones. So many innocents lost. My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families. The why we may never find out. May they all RIP. CPss Victoria seems to be heartbroken over the horrendous Tragedy and loss of life.

    At the risk of repeating myself, I have a great affection for this couple. They seem to exude love, complicity and unity.

    Prince Daniel is elegantly dressed. He has a good posture.

    It is true, however, that the Crown Princess Victoria's outfits are not always particularly elegant.

    But as I said, this couple has my affection.

    Dear Astrid, why does the crown Princess have to look elegant on this occasion?
    She is appropriately dressed, including the bow blouse, that is all that is called for
    under the given circumstances.
