King Philippe and Queen Mathilde of Belgium attended the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF), which was held in Davos from January 21 to 23, 2025. On the second day of the forum, Queen Mathilde met with Manuel Barroso, Chair of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, an international organization focused on enhancing vaccine access for children in the world’s poorest countries.
Afterward, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde visited the Belgium House in Davos to attend the Belgian reception, which highlighted the theme of economic security.

Second time I'm seeing her wear this Natan ensemble and I like it just as much as the first. The skirt is light and pretty, and I love the way the top drapes around the waist. Mathilde wears this beautifully.

The burgundy top was new in October 2021 and the skirt was bought in November 2021. Both top and skirt has been worn with another skirt and another top. In those days Queen Mathilde received a lot of bad comments for this ensemble by Natan. Today, it seems there are more people who like it than 4 years ago. This is often the case with clothes designed by Natan.
