Representatives from the Princess Máxima Center, the Hopp Children's Cancer Center Heidelberg (KiTZ), and the Institut Curie in Paris signed a memorandum of understanding on strategic collaboration in European pediatric oncology. The signing ceremony took place at the Mauritshuis in The Hague, in the presence of Queen Máxima, the namesake of the Princess Máxima Center.
The 'EU CAN KIDS' (European Alliance for a Childhood Without Cancer) initiative, originally established between KiTZ and the Princess Máxima Center in 2021, is now being expanded to include another European partner. The alliance's research fund aims to significantly advance European childhood cancer research, focusing on developing therapies with fewer side effects specifically tailored to children.
The alliance aims to advance new treatment approaches in immunotherapy and targeted therapy for children, as well as to establish patient-specific lab models. These models enable the replication of individual patients’ tumors in the lab, allowing their responses to specific drugs to be tested in advance. Expanding infrastructure and fostering leading talent in pediatric cancer research are also key priorities.
Lovely caramel/tan coat dress and hat. The fitted shape and the lines of the garment suit Maximas figure, and the length is perfect. It may look snug in some photos but I don't think it really is. Nice!

ردحذفQueen Maxima looks like she is in her Claes Iversen period. This lovely coat dress is also one of her older outfits. She started with the carnival dress also by Iversen and now this one. What will be the next one of the same designer she will wear ?

ردحذفThe dress appears to be Natan's, but I'm not sure. Either way, it's not so bad. I like the well-fitted waist and the zippered collar. Máxima knew how to add interest to a look that, because of the color could otherwise be boring, wearing gold jewelry. I like the necklace, earrings and brooch, as well as the hat. Maxima looks very, very good.
