On June 11, 2024, Queen Letizia of Spain attended the award ceremony of the Banco Santander's 16th Call for Social Projects held at the El Solaruco Training Centre at the Santander Group City in Madrid. Euros from your Salary (Euros de tu nómina) is a solidarity drive to which employees in Spain donate part of their salary every month. Group employees in Spain submitted 246 projects to the 16th Euros from your Salary contest. A jury of representatives from Santander’s divisions and subsidiaries chose 28 finalists.
