Both the sisters are looking lovely and Spring-like. This butter yellow colour suits them both. Glad to see them happy and enjoying life, as well as each others company. Long may it last.

I love Princess Benedikte’s outfit; so pretty, springlike, and elegant. Also like the Queen’s daisy earrings as a nod to her nickname.

  7. La couleur jaune leur va à merveille chacune dans son style ; la princesse Benedikte a ressorti de sa garde robe cet ensemble aux couleurs judicieusement associées !

Both ladies look beautiful in their summery outfits. Pale yellow and a classical gingham dress shouts Summer! Lovely!
It was their grandmother, Swedish crown princess Margret (of Connaught) who planned and planted the flower and vegetable gardens. She was inspired by the arts and crafts movement. King Gustaf VI Adolf planned, planted and over the years extended the Rhododendron ravine which is amazing.

  9. So nice to see the (royal) merry widows of Denmark enjoying an outing together.
    Lovely colour choices for spring.
They must be happy to be free now to get out and do some shopping for a new frock or two and have a cup of coffee in town.
May they both continue to profit from their retirement years.
