  1. Hm, I don't think I like this dress, apparently already worn. As some people say too much going on.

Queen Mathilde wore this dress for the first time in 2019. The shoes and clutch are in the tone of taupe/light purple, a color she doesn't wear often.

    Affreuse tenue.

  4. Ce modèle imprimé fleuri convient très bien à la reine Mathilde ; la couleur lilas de motifs du bas de sa robe a été bien choisie pour se retrouver judicieusement dans celle des escarpins !

These last couple of times DvN is letting me (and QM) down. When you combine such colours, I think you should make sure that the fabric you use does not wrinkle excessively. Now there is no nice color and pattern transition due to all the wrinkles.

This dress has been worn by QM for the first time in 2019. Apparently Dries Van Noten didn't let QM down because in more recent years she has ordered other dresses and pant suits designed by him. She had 2 visits to do in one day and she took the time to change her dress and her hairstyle. What could she do more? It happen sometimes that you step out of a car and your dress or skirt has creases. I am sure they were not there when she stepped into the car.

Fabrics wrinkle or crease when worn. That is life. How is she or anyone else supposed to travel if they don't sit down? Some of the most beautiful fabrics in the world crease.

Love the dress and special compliment for her hairdo!

  7. The dress itself is a good fit and shape. The pattern of the fabric I am not so keen on, but regardless the overall look is good. Her accessories are well blended. She looks lovely.

Not her best look. The top part is fine the rest not so much. MO only. css

Oh, I’m disappointed. Loved the colour when I saw the first photo but don’t like the patterned bit at all. Wish the whole dress had been in the one colour

This outfit is just to weired. Would have been so much better with the light colour throughout. When I look at this dress I get that this dress was made for a much older woman.
