On April 26, King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended a tribute event for the Spanish athletes who participated in the 1992 Barcelona and Albertville Olympic Games, in which the King, then Prince of Asturias, was the Spanish flag bearer and also a member of the sailing team. The event was attended by the athletes who made up that historic Spanish Olympic Team that won 22 medals and 41 diplomas.
The event was part of the tribute events that the Olympic entity began to organize in 2010 on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the 1960 Olympic Games in Rome. Since then, they have wanted to recognize the effort, sacrifice and work of all those who opened the path and served as inspiration for future generations.

I agree Letizia has good posture but sometimes she can come across as a bit too stiff and unnatural. I feel she is aware she is being photographed and wants to look her best which is understandable. But someone like Maxima looks more relaxed and approachable.

Although I like the cut of these trousers, perfect, the jacket is very long and I get the feeling that I am looking at a bright pencil or perhaps a lanky soldier. Difficult to describe.

A properly fitting costume never disappoints. Princess of Wales and Queen Letizia wear trouser suits the best - they always fit them well (unlike Princess Victoria from Sweden). Besides, I like very much the blouse and hairstyle of the blonde woman next to Letizia.
