On the occasion of International Women's Day, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh visited Headingley Stadium in Leeds and there, they met with Leeds Rhinos Women and England international rugby player Amy Hardcastle to watch the Leeds Rhinos Women train ahead of the delivery of the Community Sport and Recreation Awards.
Then, the Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh handed out the Community Sport and Recreation Awards for 2024. The Duke of Edinburgh was presented with a birthday cake to mark his upcoming birthday. The Duke will celebrate his 60th birthday on Sunday.

I listened to the video of the Duchess paying tribute to her husband and he seemed very touched by it. They make a lovely couple.

What lovely and touching photos. Both the Duke and Duchess look marvelous in their navy suits. She really should stick to pants suits instead of those long flowy floral dresses she seems so fond of. This suit is much more flattering for Sophie. Forget trends, go with what works for you and emphasizes your best features and figure is what I always say. If you are comfortable and confident in what you wear, it will reflect in your whole demeanor.
