Leeds Children’s Hospital is pioneering the use of Virtual Reality Distraction Therapy, and with funding from Leeds Hospitals Charity, the hospital employs the UK’s first hospital-based Virtual Reality Play Specialist. Using VR technology, staff support patients through procedures that might include cannulations, dressing changes and even minor surgery.

  1. Good to see some pretty Spring colors on Sophie.
I think that the hemline police will be making a few comments though.

Very nice blue coat and shoes. I would have liked to see something more structured under it.

Beautiful spring colours on both the jacket and the dress and the designs suit Sophie quite well. But both are far too long for her. She would look much more slender in a knee-length dress -Siri

I love the floral print of Sophie’s dress and her blue shoes. What a nice visit.

That dress is awful. The colors are drab. It’s way too long. It has no structure and in general, it looks grandmotherly. On a grandmother from the previous century. The color of the coat is very nice, but again, the length! You wonder. Does she wear these super long garments because she thinks it looks attractive? Does she do this for modesty’s sake or for extra warmth? I don’t think it’s a good look.

Why the agressive tonality in your comment?

Love the dress! Beautiful spring colors and are there small rabbits in the pattern? Cute! Sophie seems to like that length on her dresses, maybe a bit shorter had been nice! Maybe she just likes it this way. Ac

The light blue coat is beautiful. The dress is a no for me. I don't like Suzannah dresses in general. The shoes are beautiful too. Duchess Sophie always manage to find weird handbags/clutches/envelope bags, etc... She looks better with her hair loose. The up do's she has lately are not very well done. This is home made coiffure à la vitesse.

What a pretty spring dress. I like how she picked the blue to accessorize with her shoes, purse, and coat. Sophie looks great here.

  11. Très joli style de ce manteau de couleur bleu pervenche mais je remarque qu'elle est revenue à une longueur de robe qui ne l'avantage pas !!

  12. Beautiful coat, great shoes, nice enough dress but all spoiled by the excessive length! Like Anon 15 12, I'm at a loss to understand why the lovely Duchess chooses these overly long outfits. She's a stylish woman. She must be able to see how much better a shorter length looks on her

  13. Aw, what a beautiful visit. The photos of Sophie, with the patients are heartwarming, lovely! The dress is appropriate for this visit, I'm not a fan of the colors or pattern of the dress. I do like the blue coat, the color is gorgeous. Its good to see a necklace with this type of neckline. Her up style hair suits her well and looks nice. I love the color of her shoes and clutch.

It is so nice to see more and more of Duchess Sophie, she really has become an asset to the royal family. I understand how some may feel about the length of the dress but to me it does not look granny on her or the model who is wearing the dress longer as it was designed to be! FITZHUGH

In the first picture you can see how wonderful colourfull the dress is, in the following pictures it seems less colourfull.
I think it is quite good. The coat is lovely, I prefer the model’s shoes by far!
All-in all a very warm visit!

The model's shoes ? They make the dress look even more house wife's style.
I like the pictures with the babies.

The lady with the gray hair and dark dress, appropriate length I might add, looks so much better "put together" than Sophie. Her make up, her hair style is spot on. Older ladies (and others too) often present themselves much more elegant and classy than some of the royals. Love Sophie's blue colored coat, but everything is so long, it appears to weigh her down . Sad.
