On the evening of March 11, Queen Camilla attended the 2024 Commonwealth Day Reception that took place at Marlborough House, the international headquarters of the Commonwealth. Commonwealth Secretary General, Baroness Patricia Scotland of Asthal welcomed the Queen. Among the guests were High Commissioners and representatives from Commonwealth associations and Commonwealth countries.
What a Lady! She does a great Job.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely!!
DeleteNo boots, so much better with the dark stockings and pumps. However, the dress looks somewhat prim and proper.

That governess dress again. Since she is a queen her outfits have not very much improved. She has 2 or 3 beautiful evening or gala dresses but her daydresses are so dated. I think her stylist is getting his/her inspiration on fashion pictures from the Victorian era.
ReplyDeletei know but there is no hope at this point.

Rajout d'une bande brodée sur le haut de sa robe ainsi que sur les poignets, je ne peux pas dire que j'aime cela ; ravie qu'elle ait mis les bottes au repos !
ReplyDeleteI want to know who the musical group in the last picture are! Cool hybrid clothing.
ReplyDeleteDon't know what their group's name is but they are from Samoa.

Thank you, that helps!

ReplyDeleteCamilla’s dress is appropriate for the occasion, although the white detailing on it does remind me ever so slightly of doilies.

I don't find the style of this dress with an embroidery very stylish. I think that nude stockings would have look better.

Nice dramatic looking dress. Thanks for not wearing boots. Camilla does a great job all by herself. css
