King Carl Gustaf, Crown Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel attended the Annual National Conference on Society and Defence (Folk och Försvar), which is being held at Högfjällshotell in Sälen on January 7-9. The conference focuses on the security of the world, Sweden's defence, security of people and emergency preparations of the society.
Folk och Försvar has more than 100 member organizations, including several defence organizations, NGOs, trade unions and representatives of the Swedish business, trade and labour federations. The conference takes place every year in January at a major winter resort in Sweden. The Folk och Försvar Annual National Conference is the foremost meeting place for the Swedish security and defence policy community.

She is wearing a polo neck sweater. The picture with the white blouse is from another occasion. I am sure they have a fully functioning indoor heating system at this hotel and conference centre so even a blouse wouldn´t be a problem.
حذفShe is not wearing a suit, she is wearing a blue jacket and a black polo underneth and black, warm trousers. It's about -20 degrees in Scandinavia today, tomorrow it will be a little bit warmer.

I don't see it as a "spring suit". I think she can wear such a strong colour, she looks very good. But I like it better with that white blouse than with black.

But I see here she has a thick winter coat, solid thick soled shoes for the cold, black trousers, a polo neck sweater plus a suit jacket so it’s all looking pretty winter-appropriate even if they have just stepped out of heated cars to step into a heated building ! - AnneLise
حذفAnonymous7/1/24 20:46: Yes, it has been quite a chilly week here in the far north, around -20C outdoors, however, indoor temperatures remain warm, normally at least around +20C. So even a summery short-sleeved blouse would be ok temperature-wise for indoor activities. :-)
