On January 27, 2024, Queen Sonja attended the opening concert of "The Year of the Orchestra" given in celebration of the 50th establishment anniversary of the Youth Orchestra Federation at the Oslo Concert House. The Youth Orchestra Federation (UNOF - De Unges Orkesterforbund) is a nationwide organization for children's and youth orchestras in Norway.

The UNOF has about 5,400 members aged from 2 to 26, who play in 175 local orchestras. UNOF was founded on 20 April 1974, and celebrates its 50th anniversary this year.

    Sonja does like her peplum jackets. While not a fan of that, she does look great in red and love the cape.
