  1. She is very well rugged up, it must be very cold. I love the addition of the white wool scarf.

  2. I really like wide legged trousers-- I think they are flattering for just about everyone, compared to the dreaded skinnies. However, even I have to wonder if these are just a little too wide? I would also have liked Queen Maxima to ditch the scarf when she removed her coat and hard hat.

  5. Nice coat, this sort of trousers are in my view a ridiculous choice for a plant visit.

This is beautiful coat but I don't think it is a good comb with those super wide pants. The pants and blouse look good and I don´t mind the scarf. I don't know what kind of coat or jacket would look good with those pants. 3/4 length?? Whatever it need to have a belt to balance the width.

  11. Pantalone stupendo ben abbinato alla camicia. È una larghezza che solo l'altezza di Maxima, ed i suoi tacchi, può reggere bene.

  13. These trousers are a little too wide for my taste. Love the coat and the warm white scarf.

  14. Parfait ce joli manteau mais ce style de pantalon n'avantage pas du tout Maxima même si sa morphologie peut se le permettre !

  15. I thought I’d read somewhere that the Dutch royals were now on their Christmas break.
Maybe they forgot to tell Q. Maxima.
Her visit is being done under, what appears, difficult weather conditions.
I’d go along with the negative comments on the trousers but no, as Maxima is my favourite “fun” queen, I’ll put my (one) negative comment to one side and use my energy on wishing her and the Dutch royal family a very happy holiday season.

  16. The elephant in the room: The hair. She is supposed to look, act, dress like a Queen. Instead she wears outfits that are ok 50% of the time, really 'out there' 40% of the time and 10% simply beautiful. Her hair is the Achilles heel of this woman. Get a brush, use it, tie it back or up, but never ever go in public, looking like the first photo. The clothes, shoes, accessories are marred by the mess on the top of your head. She has the finances, hire a hairdresser for each outing Edwina.
