In a special ceremony at the Prince's Palace in Monaco, the young Austrian scout, Michael Putz handed over the Peace Light of Bethlehem to Prince Albert and Princess Charlene. The ceremony took place in the presence of Upper Austria's Governor Thomas Stelzer and Archbishop of Monaco, Dominique-Marie David.
The Peace Light of Bethlehem is a program inaugurated in Austria in 1986 as part of a charitable relief mission for handicapped children and people in need. For more than 1,000 years, oil lamps have continuously burned at the grotto at the Church of the Nativity in Bethlehem. Every December, Scouts in Europe have passed the Peace Light across Europe as a symbol of peace, hope and unity for everyone.

حذفShe is not wearing a wig. When she was in South Africa her hair was not bleached anymore and her natural shade of brown hair came back.
حذفOnce she was recovered and back in Monaco she became platina blond. Very bad for keeping you hair healthy. Now she has normal light blond hair and highlights, her natural color is visible in het neck.
I hope for her she will stick to this hair treatment and never goes back to the platina blond
Lovely ceremony. I think Charlene seems to have been leaning more on her faith since she had that period in S. Africa (I remember the picture of her with her Bible study and since then she has talked about being 'deeply Christian' in interviews). I hope it's helped her find some peace.
