On December 13, 2023, King Harald V of Norway received Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the Royal Palace in Oslo. There was on Wednesday a top meeting in Oslo with the president of Finland and the prime ministers of Norway and Sweden. President Zelensky met them all together and each of them separately. It is natural politeness that the Head of one State meets the Head of another State, in this case Mr. Zelensky met King Harald.
