On December 6, Norwegian Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit visited the Fellesverket (Red Cross Youth Activity Centre) in Drammen. Fellesverket is an activity centre for young people aged from 13 to 25. A total of 20 Fellesverket centres can be found in 17 cities in the country. Sosial Møteplass (Social Venue) of the centre functions as a free gathering place for young people aged from 13 to 18.

The centre also offers vocational training that gives the participants the opportunity to gain valuable experience that can help strengthen their CV and give them motivation to complete their education and/or make them more attractive on the job market. The Crown Prince and Crown Princess spoke with young participants and volunteers, and toured the centre.

    Ah really great to see this lovely couple! Simple but nice ensemble for the Crown Princess. Seems to have good craic, they mingle well with the young crowd. Well done!

    Really lovely to see Haakon and Mette Marit having a fun time with these young people. Both are dressed perfectly for the event.
    I must say with great admiration that all the Scandinavian Royals - old and young - are very sportive and athletic! Bravo to them all for leading such a good, healthy example.

    Avec ce pantalon aux belles jambes, Mette Marit a su ressortir ce chemisier imprimé sur fond Bordeaux ; j'aime bien ses cheveux qui ont l'air d'avoir été légèrement égalisés !
