This year, The Crown Prince Couple's Awards 2023 (Kronprinsparrets Priser) Ceremony took place at Musikhuset Esbjerg on November 4. Crown Prince Frederik and Crown Princess Mary presented the Crown Prince Couple's 2023 Prizes to the awardees. The awards, which honor significant efforts in art, culture and social work, consist of four awards, that are called Cultural award, Social award, Cultural Stardust award and Social Stardust award.

ReplyDeleteFunny - and valid ! - how we can see and interpret things so differently. I think Mary looks her best in these “midnight” shaded velvets : very dark crimson, this midnight blue, deep purple, etc. The opposite of being washed out, my eyes see her as glowing! - AnneLise
DeleteCate, are we looking at the same pictures? I think that this deep blue is one of the best colours for Mary. She looks fantastic, imo. Her shoes are to die for, but no more for me 😆.

Parlons de l'élégance particulière de Frederik avec son costume gris dont le gilet est la cerise sur le gâteau ; avec le rafraîchissement de sa barbe ainsi que de ses cheveux, c’est parfait !

ReplyDeleteThey are dressed both very impeccable and beautiful. Prince Frederik looks handsome in his (new ?) suit. I prefer Princess Mary in the length of this dress. It is much better than in the (too) long wine red dress she wore in Hellerup.

ReplyDeleteI may be old fashioned but the neckline is too low cut for royalty. You would never see Queen Elizabeth displaying cleavage. Other than that the dress is quite attractive.
