  1. There seems to be no member of the British Royals to greet them on their official visit.

    1. Yeah, there seems like there should be *somebody* from the royal family accompanying them. Weird.

    2. Agree, do not understand though..

    3. But hang on a minute, there was a note left on the front door of Clarence House that said
      “Welcome to the U.K”.
“Back soon, make yourselves at home”.
“The cleaner will show you around”.

Hope Canilla will have time to rustle up a batch of scones or some baked beans on toast so that Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel can have a bite to eat and a good cuppa before heading back to Sweden with their fond memories of WindsorLand.
A reliable royal informer told the Daily Mail that he saw Victoria and Daniel taking selfies in front of Clarence House.

      @ Deadeggs
      😁😂☺️ Great comment from you!👍
I guess Victoria and Daniel were given packed lunches at the Swedish Embassy before starting their official tour.
Anyway, I see they stopped at a pub so they can drink and forget nobody from the RF came to greet them.
Have you noticed that hangovers are increasingly becoming kinda of a forced go - to, no matter whether this affects royals or some bloggers?😁

  2. They both look very polished and perfectly appropriate for a casual outdoor and pub outings.

  4. Unusual activities for an official visit. I like the first, casual outfit very much. Victoria always looks great in outdoorsy clothing.
The dress is boring and looks like what a granny might wear. I like the boots and feel that they make the look younger and more stylish, though they are actually a mismatch stylewise.

    1. Disagree, keep the dress and skip the boots.

  5. Princess Victoria is dressed like a country lady in the first few photos; she seems so regal. I do like her style .I agree where the royals asleep when they arrived; a bit tacky that nobody officially greeted then.(Tara)

    1. But they’re all busy doing their Christmas shopping, you know.
Got to get your priorities right.
Can’t go to Balmoral empty handed, can you?

Yep, @ Deadeggs, I think they are currently placing their Black Friday purchases under the royal Christmas tree.
You know, all of the BRF spent sleepless nights outside Harrod's queiuing up and freezing to the bones.
But I am sure it was worth their sacrifice and they had a great time doing their shopping and deals chase inside☺️😁👍

  6. The blue dress is beautiful. The jumper and silk scarf looks fabulous. They are a lovely couple.

  9. Unfortunately again and again we see Victoria dresses herself older than she is. The hair style doesn't help.

  10. Victoria again keeps the outfits subdued for casual outings, and then changes into a pretty dress with boots/bag to accompany her to the Imperial College of London (my alma mater), and wears the same dress to the casual reception. Good show Victoria. Edwina

  11. Dear Vanessa, Stop the granny and Victoria bashing, enough is enough. Why does she have to look younger? Are you an ultra-slim, young model who can look down
on her fellow women folk with transparent insinuations?

    1. @ Virginia - where on Earth is this coming from????
Where did I bash Victoria? (Or grannies for that matter?)
Where did I say that she needed to look younger?
Where did I mention anything even remotely related to body-shape?
Why do you think that models look down on fellow women?

To make it clearer for you:
It is the DRESS that I find granny-like. And Victoria (who´s not a granny) shouldn´t dress like one. Doesn´t mean that I want her to look younger than she is. I said that the boots make the OUTFIT younger and fresher because they are more in line with what someone younger would wear (grannies don´t normally wear that type of boots). Hence my remark that dress and boots are actually a mismatch stylewise.

I know that I’ve had comments about the fashion that weren’t positive and I no longer post the comment because I don’t want to give attackers a reason to come after me.
