Queen Maxima is making a three-day visit to the Republic of Kenya from October 23 to 25 in her capacity as the United Nations Secretary-General’s Special Advocate for Inclusive Finance for Development. The Queen arrived at Kisumu International Airport and welcomed by Governor of Kisumu County Peter Anyang’Nyong’o.

The Queen's visit focuses on improving the quality of digital financial services, along with financial health and inclusive green finance.

Queen Maxima began her visit with two field trips in the area around Kisumu, near Lake Victoria. She spoke with farmers who make use of innovative digital insurance policies to protect them from the consequences of major drought and heavy rainfall. Later in the day, Queen Maxima traveled to Nairobi to meet with young entrepreneurs to ttalk about their experiences with digital financial services provided by fintech companies and banks.

  6. Maxima a beaucoup d'allure dans cet ensemble jaune bouton d'or élégamment ceinturé ; ses boucles d'oreilles me paraissent légères mais que représentent le rajout ethnique sur le devant de sa tête ?!

    I wouldn' t probably like this bright yellow suit/ combo on anyone BUT I like it on Q.Maxima!
    Nice to see her on performing this engagement in Kenya.
