On September 12, 2023, The Princess of Wales visited HM Prison High Down in Surrey, London, to learn about how the Forward Trust charity is supporting those in the criminal justice system to manage and recover from their addictions, ahead of Addiction Awareness Week. The Forward Trust is a charity that helps people with drug and alcohol dependence. The Princess of Wales is patron of the Forward Trust.

حذفNothing to comment about the standard fashion fare. The new haircut looks very similar to Princess Sofia from Sweden with the middle part and long beachy waves. I will wait to see a different styling, but it looks straight out of the 1970s today.

I guess these professionals head to the prison professionally attired and on the elegant side too.
As to this particular visit, why not focus on its importance and the admittance security procedures shadowed by the Princess'?
She took part in them, sitting on a chair in a line while a policeman and a trained dog inspected her around.
Similar procedures are very common in a lot of public places, including airports to prevent crimes in so many cases.
Kudos to the Princess' for being a patron of the Forward Trust and supporting the recover of young people from addictions and law infringements.
It is so important to be supported at such a young age and feel you still have a chance to get again to be an active and honest part of the society in the real world.
This is a time when the goal of a visit eclipses anything else, including any fashion review.

ردحذفReally like the hairstyle but wish she would reduce the length a bit. Trouser suit is smart but I prefer the trousers worn by the model which have a wider leg. The Princess of Wales looks smart & professional for this important visit.

ردحذفAs far as I am concerned, she could wear trousers suits like this every day (in another colour). Love them all, in red, white blue, whatever, she is made for them (if it cannot be knee-length skirts). But her bangs I don't love at all, for me she looks best with most of her hair out of her face, her facial bone structure and her forehead make for a really lovely authentic sight. The waves are beautifully made - nevertheless, it is just too much hair and too little Catherine for me. Never liked it, never will ... (GM)
