On September 14, Prince and Princess of Wales visited Madley Primary School in Hereford to look at their forest school. At the Forest School, founded by headmaster Lee Batstone and Duchy Head Forester, Geraint Richards, children are taught on a weekly basis in a woodland environment. The Prince and Princess then visited Kings Pitt Farm in Hereford, together with 'We Are Farming Minds' charity founders Sam and Emily Stables.

    I love the outfit - but I don't expect her to dress like an 'influencer' - it wouldn't be appropriate for her position IMO. But I'm not a fan of the new hair style. I wish her hair had a 'cleaner' look.

    To me, Catherine and William look a bit overdressed. She has other jackets and coats that she's worn in the past to visit scouts for example that are more apropriate for a visit to a forest school. They look a bit too formal with these blazers. Also, I don't understand why Catherine's hair has to be this long. It looks a bit unkempt today, a ponytail would have looked better. On a positive note: I do like her shorter hair in the front. There are far more flattering pictures on other websites. And they are always in their element with kids.

    So impressed with how well they relate to all people no matter their age. LOVE love her modern hair! She looks so in style and trendy. Love it long but as a mum, it would bother me. She seems to do everything with ease though- even shaking everyone's hands with what appears to be a broken finger. We have had many hand injuries in my home and after seeing a closeup, her pointer finger is very swollen and buddy taped to next finger so it is most likey broken. I certainly would not be shaking hands but she goes on like nothing is wrong. Very down to earth couple.

    I am glad I am not a princess, I would hate to be scrutinized, I can wear a blazer with jeans for a walk in the woods, cut my hair, dye my hair and nobody cares. I think they look fine.

    I like her necklace with little diamonds and her children’s initials for this kid friendly event. To me, her hair overwhelms her face. Almost seems like camouflage. The rest of her outfit is a good compromise between professionally dressed but approachable.

    The Princess looks appropriately dressed for the occasion. I do love her jacket, combined with the black top and pants, great look. Her accessories, jewellery is the perfect choice. This was a fabulous visit.

      Coralie, be careful what you wish for. Super long hair like that is so much work. You need to constantly be washing, conditioning, styling etc etc. And you use more water, more shampoo, more conditioner. And when it comes to dying it, you don't even want to know how much of a pain it is. Kate can afford to have it so long because she probabley has a whole team working on it. I'm sure it takes hours before she goes out. It's very tiring. The time could be spent doing something more productive.

    She should learn how to dress appropriately for this event from the CP Victoria and Mett-Merit. Blazer for an outing with kids in the forest is ridiculously over-dressed. Both of them.

      It seems to you have to learn the basics of fashion brands.
      Maje is not exactly a luxury brand, nor is It created for teenagers only.
      It Is for women any age, be it royal or not.
      Should I think they you would have sported such a classy , chic, ladylike ensemble as a teenager?
      Of course it Is not a brand for tiny budgets either.
      Princess Kate Is a wealthy, healthy, very beautiful woman and has got the physique du role.
      Maje is a good choice for her.
      Maybe you see her as a teenager compared to you, do you?

      In addition, dear @Anonymous, I want to remind you that being beautiful, no matter if a woman Is born or married into royalty or is just one of the so- called common people- does not mean being a bad or even a wicked person, quite the opposite.
      I once said- and now I'm gonna highlight it again- that I am not any better than others.
      Being cheerful is part of my personality and that's all.
      I know quite a good deal of things, I experienced a good deal in life but there Is still much unknown to me.
      What I know for sure is that I cannot make out your endless competing with other women and your nasty remarks about royal ladies in particular, your bodyshaming them and finding all kind of bizarre faults in them pretending yourare Just expressing your fashion views.
      This is what I call being truly bad.
      As I once said, I was targeted so many times for my physical aspect , beauty having become a sort of curse haunting me.
      Yes, beauty can be a curse sometimes, that's what happened and still happens to me.
      Please, don' t harass royal women on this platform and, above all, please never do it in real life.
      Beautiful women are not guilty , they are not responsible for how you feel.
      I have always rejected any kind of envious attacks from other women but this Is just because I am tough, too strong to be hit by mean attacks.
      You see, not every woman has enough strength to react this way.
      Royal women are public figures but this does not allow you to pick on them in any respect.
      You will never know what impact your sharp remarks can have on any woman reading your comments on this blog.

    Now the hair police is even controlling Duchess Catherine's hair. Never thought that this would happen. I think her new hairstyle makes her look younger. She can wear her hair still like that, if she wishes to. When getting older automatically she will not be able to keep her long hair forever. She will be obliged to cut it a bit shorter otherwise it will not stay healthy. Rose

    I like that her hair is a bit shorter at the front .
    Overall the look today is unkempt.
    At least 10cm needs to come off which might give her a fresher and maybe more youthful appearance .
    Other royal ladies have longer hair but keep it at a reasonable length.eg Letizia, Mary and Stephanie.

      I'd include on the list of royal ladies with long hair, Sophie, Hereditary Princess of Liechtenstein, She is 56years old, has nice blond hair and often to wear it up for formal occasions.
