On September 26, 2023, Queen Rania of Jordan opened Al Karma Kitchen’s new headquarters in Hay al Yasmine in Amman. There, the Queen met with some of female employees and toured the facility, which was built to help create additional work opportunities for local women and improve their living conditions.
Al Karma Kitchen was launched in 2006 and is a social initiative of the JRF. The initiative aims to provide work and training opportunities for local women who has a culinary background for the purpose of improving their skills and employment chances.

ReplyDeleteThis is such a simple outfit on HM Q Raina, but it’s much more than the sum of its parts. The embroidery on the white blouse elevates it exponentially above a plain blouse. The trousers are adapting the current trend for loose fitting trousers, without slavishly following it - these have been fitted to the Queen and they look elegant on her, rather than ballooning around her frame.
