On April 2, 2023, Princess Kako of Akishino watched the 24th National High School Women’s Baseball "Selection Tournament" final match played between Kobe Koryo Gakuen High School vs Iwate Hanamaki Higashi High School at Tokyo Dome Stadium in Bunkyo. 1. Yes she has been consistently modern stylish. i suppose she told the Emperor palace ' let me have my own style or i will join my sister in New York'

Women's baseball is not well-known, so the federation asked Princess Kako to watch the game.
Girls from Otani's alma mater, who played in the WBC, played in the final game. The girls also played powerfully. The players and officials were pleased with Kako's visit, saying, "It was very encouraging."

Her mother, Crown Princess Kiko, gave a speech in English in honor of those involved in the free English counseling for mental health over the phone.

I am proud that Princess Kako has grown up to be an adult woman who, like her mother, fulfills the role expected of members of the Imperial Family.
The Akishino family and other members of the Imperial Family work and support Japan and The Japanese Imperial Family. Japanese media does not report their activities, but many people love and appreciate them.

I think Kako's dress is one she wore on her visit to Austria. She could have worn something a little more casual, but it suits her well.
Her smile is lovely. Now that the Japanese government has finally downgraded the risk of covid19, I look forward to seeing her and her family's goodwill with other countries.

  9. She's been dressing very well lately. I wish I could see the earrings better. Just FYI, as an American, I must point out it's a baseball "game," not a "match!"

  10. Always a pleasure to see Princess Kako.
The colour of her dress reminds me of the 1960's song ......
    "A Whiter Shade Of Pale",

Rather an odd dress to wear to a sporting event.
