Maxima looks good in her different red outfits. I wonder, whether Brigitte Macron's hair really is her own hair. It looks strange. She doesn't look chic in her blue pantsuit and her black dress is very strange.

Madame Macron wears a wig that can be seen in photo 8, and her bangs are her natural hair.

I just came here to ask if Brigitte Macron wears wigs. Something just seems off about the way her hair falls around her face vs the volume

Funny how she stands on the last picture 🕺🏻 … not very elegant for a lady.

      Well @Anonymous 16:38
I must say i agree with Anna. Brigitte Macron’s posture is not elegant. Standing with open legs is not very ladylike especially if she is wearing a dress or a skirt.
Check any book or look at any culture, in many cultures, women have been socialized to sit and stand with their legs together as a way of demonstrating modesty, grace, and respectability.

    7. I agree with you Coralie, Brigitte does look very cheap not chique at all. She desperately wants to look like a younger person! Well, i got news for her: all the efforts she does makes her only look less attractive. Sorry.

I´ll start with the positiv. Mme Macron´s yellow coat is very nice and the whole look with slim pants and pumps is very chic. Black evening wear are both good. Each to their own style. Maxima´s red coat is beautiful. Very well tailored. Unfortunately I can't stand nude overlay. Gives a body tattoo look despite this being red.

  3. First outfit: Nice, but dress and shoes are way too dressy for a daytime event.
Second outfit: too much orange. The coat-as-cape look is getting old.
Third outfit: depressing, and not only because of the somber colour.
Mrs. Macron needs to abandon those tight trousers. She has very skinny legs and often looks top-heavy already, and the trousers only emphasize that. She also seems to favour chains, buckles, zips and other metal embellishment on her outfits. I can get behind some of those but the strap-like shoulder chains on her black number look hideous and in some weird way both naughty and infantile.
So, all in all I say yay to the bright colours but nah to almost everything else.

I fully agree with what Vanessa writes about Mme Macron's "top-heavy" outfits and the "strap-like shoulder chains" on her black dress.
I think, these "embellishments" are too much and not flattering at all.

I must say the Ladies look very elegant. I like the Keukenhof a field of tulips as far as the eye can see. Pic #14 everyone in dark cloth, it needed a little color. Maximas pants are way too long. This must be the style now. css

The red dress looks nicer when fully exposed but still not convinced by this as a day dress. Love the orange suit, Maxima really does vibrant colours well. The black outfit is classy too. The buckles on madame macron are a little weird but I guess needed on a otherwise very plain but classy dress. Km

  9. The red dress and coat look divine, combined with the red accessories. The orange pantsuit, very chic and stylish, fits well. The First Ladies coat at this event is splendid, love it. The Queen's black ensemble is well put together. The first lady looks perfect.
I love the blue pantsuit she wore, very classy, and elegant. She is a wonderful dresser.

I like Maxima's choices for each event. A couple of quibbles though--really wish she would not wear the heels with the plastic pieces, wish she had selected a pair of tan or beige gloves instead of the red/orange ones--makes her hands look odd, extending from the coat sleeves, and hope she gets a bit of tailoring for the length of her sparkly evening trousers, not a fan of the drag the ground trouser legs. Mme Macron had a stellar day--her blue pantsuit is beautiful and the more casual look for the garden visit is also very nice. My issue is her choice of dress for the evening event--those huge buckles on her shoulders are awful. She is a petite lady and those buckles are not for her!

I want to compliment Maxima on her makeup, which seems to have calmed down on the heavy bronze blush. She looks younger with a lighter touch. Although red is a good color for Maxima, I’m not liking the nude dress with red overlay—it’s unnecessarily showy. She does not need silly stunts like that. Her personality is attention getting enough.

  14. Anonymous13/4/23 01:52

Wearing evening wear for a day occasion is not a good look on Q Max. The overlay is just, well, ugly comes to mind. The orange outfit is another over the top, 'look at me' I'm a Queen, outfit, even though it comes across as another ugly outfit for the occasion. The French woman is wearing odd clothing as well, and her wig is too big for her body, too stiff, and makes her look like a doll. Clare

Lighten up on the comments to Clare, maybe she was having a senior moment. I find her honest comments refreshingly sound.

The overlay on the dress is not a good look for day or evening wear, bin the entire outfit. Mrs Macron's wig is outdated, I'm sure she can find a more chic, updated one to wear. Maxima's 2nd outfit is nicely muted and she looks nice with her hair down and brushed nicely.

The orange and red Maxima has been wearing, enough already, we know you are a Queen, but the over dressing is a little too much. Edwina

You have your opinions, others also have. Brigitte Macron is 70 years old but does not behave as such, she always dress younger to look younger, hangs out with younger people e.g. teenager-then-husband. She is young by heart. This is not rude to notice and call a wig a wig, fake tan is fake tan.

I like Brigitte's Macron yellow coat and the blue pant suit. She should not wear those super slim pants. A straight leg or a little bit wider would be good for her. Not the very large palazzo trousers which are not good for a petite size.
I think we have seen enough red and orange on Maxima lately. The coat she is wearing at Keukenhof makes me think of Sherlock Holmes. Maxima is tall, she can have wider trousers it suits her morphology.

QM looks so terrific in simple dark clothes but she hardlopen ever wears simple. And pls get rid of these gloves all the time. So old fashioned. Mme Macron was the best dressed on the 1st day.
