On January 26, 2023, King Philippe and Queen Mathilde held a new year's reception at the Royal Palace of Laeken for permanent representatives of the North Atlantic Alliance, members of the International Secretariat of NATO, military representatives of NATO and general officers of Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE). The NATO Secretary General was also present at the reception.
I love the fabric but the dress looks home made with the seams so severe!
