  2. Strike a pose Gabriella, so cute. I always look forward to Monaco's traditional xmas card. Charlene's jewellery looks stinning, and matching well with Gabriella's gorgeous dress. Merry xmas!

  3. Christmassy and festive appearance of the whole family. Beautiful Princess Charlene in a very feminine evening dress, Prince Albert elegantly in a blue suit and their little ones suitable for the children age. All together they give Christmas the dignity it needs as a cultural contribution to life.

A wonderful Christmas greeting! Princess Charlene looks fabulous in this gown (is it black or dark green?) and the quite substantial necklace (wow!), and modest earrings. Princess Gabriella is strutting her stuff in her very princessy outfit. Love her gown, gold shoes and headband. The Princes Albert and Jacques look quite handsome.

    1. @Fred.

  13. Now THAT'S a Christmas card. I love it! So festive and elegant and with an actual tree in the picture. Much prefer this over the many summer photos we've seen in royal cards this year. And Charlene looks particularly stunning!

  14. Not thrilled with neither Charlene's nor Gabriella's dresses to be honest (the "look" just doesn't sit right for either of them with me, including Gabriella's shoes). And while some complain that some rooms in the Dutch and Danish palaces are 'too busy' or "too fussy/mismatched/overwhelming', this one - with walls, tree and carpet (and I'm sure the ceiling as well if we could see it) - is a positive circus of activity.
However, I'm very happy to see them relaxed together at Christmas. Wishing them all the blessings of the holy and joyful Christmas Season.

    1. @ Anon 9.13 - in a tone enveloped and sealed in the utmost form of sarcasm, you go from criticizing "the look" of a mother and her daughter to condemning the entire family as "a positive circus of activity" even as you wish "them all the blessings of the holy and joyful Christmas Season." How come? How so? Why?

      Merry Christmas.

    2. Dear Anon 20:28 How very drole of you. I'm hoping that your comment was written in a post-Christmas hang-over, or that Santa bought you a dictionary or something from Duolingo that you obviously haven't had time to use before spewing your utter nonsensensical interpretation of my comment above.
If you, unlike me, cannot separate lovely people from their clothing choices (to which I can have an opinion), their choice of room to be photographed in (have you read any recent post here about Maxima's Blue Drawing room???), or quietly acknowledging the fact that the
Monegasque family are primarily Catholic and Charlene herself supposedly quite a devout one, to wishing them sincerely on a festival day celebrated joyfully by Catholics... while maintaining that they still are lovely people, then it's time you put the glass down and turn your attention to of some of Santa's presents.

      Happy Boxing Day.

  17. Charlene looks stunning--so wonderful to have her back and healthy! The twins are adorable--and Gabriella is a star in the making! She is stealing the show with her pose but I love how she connects herself to her beloved brother too.

  19. How lovely Charlene looks. When we think of how different things were for them as a family last year. It’s lovely to see them together, hopefully having had a lovely family Christmas!

  20. @ Anon 9.13 - On the contrary. In yet another unnecessary post, very unfortunately, you miss the point... once again. This not altogether surprising considering your ludicrously obscene entitlement to hypercritically drivel over an 8 year old child. Go figure. You read and sound like your cup is half empty rather than half full. When you know better you do better. Happy New & Better Year and Good Luck to you in 2023. Over and out.

  21. Charlene is very beautiful and I just love this picture. Her hair so short is great with her face. And the color of her dress and make up. Wow. .I also find the pose of the little girl so cute.
