Emperor Naruhito, Empress Masako and their eldest daughter Princess Aiko attended the screening of the movie "Dr. Coto's Clinic" at Toho Cinema on Roppongi Hills in Tokyo's Minato Ward. The charity event was held to support regional medical care. Upon arrival, the family was greeted by the director, leading actors and Dr. Kenjiro Setoue (Dr Koto). Dr. Koto's Clinic is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Takatoshi Yamada.

  1. The outfit of Pr Aiko looks better than last time, however still old-fashioned. I think she could simply take some insoiration from her mother; it would be a bit more modern while not breaking the "laws". It is strange to analyze the situation in such a way but would make sense IMV.

C'est un grand plaisir de voir la famille impériale de sortie afin d'assister à cet évènement dans un cinéma ; belle couleur à l'unisson entre Masako et Aiko que j'aurais bien vue avec une touche de plus de modernité pour une jeune fille de son âge ; j'aime beaucoup le foulard imprimé de Masako très bien choisi car il met en valeur son ensemble dont le pantalon que je vois de couleur taupe ?! Comme toujours, Naruhito est tiré à quatre épingles avec une jolie cravate qui tranche bien sur le fond de sa chemise blanche ; très classe !

  5. The Empress looks beautiful, I love this ensemble. The addition of the floral silk scarf is a clever addition, bringing out both the colors of her jacket and pants. Love the jacket, design and fit is fabulous. Pss Ailo looks great.

  7. Always love to see the tailoring of their outfits, both men and women.
    Love the soft colours shared by mother and daughter.
    The Emperor always chooses his tie to counterbalance the tones of the Empress's ensemble and in this case, his daughter’s also.

  8. Het enige moderne in deze kledingstukken is de roze pluche handtas van prinses Aiko. Ze ziet er altijd zo lief en vrolijk uit ondanks haar ouderwetse (verplichte) kledingkeuze.
