  1. The first photo says it all. Not a bit of care about the mess on her head, just dressed to excess (and not that well), Cut it shorter, in a bob, leave the front a bit longer, the back a bit shorter, which will elongate the area around her face, but help take away the long stringy look, which is just deploring. 2. Yes, yes, yes. Her hair has become such a distraction to her look, IMO. No matter what she wears (good or bad), her hair always ruins it.

    1. Giambattista Valli! Just goes to show that haute couture can be anything but. That frock is a mess!

    4. I like very much the dress and probably the coat from what i can see. I will not pretend that I like her hair styling, but as I know from my observations that it is trendy, and I think we should just stop focusing on it. We can just wonder how it is judged in the NL.

  3. I think this is a typical QM dress. Too much fuss: different prints, strange patterns. A no for me. And let's not speak about this awful messy hair. Anna

  4. Strange dress, it doesn’t really do anything for her as it’s clearly made from odds n ends of fabric. Km

  5. No. To everything, except maybe the shoes.

  6. Why post such an unflattering photo of QM?? Hair, skin, makeup, dress...thumbs way down on everything here!

  7. Cette robe comporte trop d'empiècements ; cela ne convient pas du tout à la morphologie de Maxima ; très délicates ses boucles d'oreilles de quartz rose !

  9. Loved this dress the first time she wore it, and loving it even more here where we can see it without the coat. It’s playful and interesting with a variety of hues that aren’t immediately visible in the photos, a soft pink for example. I am intrigued by this design, and how it creates a slim figure. Max wears it well with soft accessories. While the first photo is not so flattering, the remaining ones are quite nice. I am at a loss to understand the extreme criticism. QM always brings positive energy. I would love to meet her. S.M.

  10. This dress definitely needs to be the length of the model.
The shorter one from Maxima has lost all its charm,

    1. I agree. Why would anyone, designer or wearer, think this is a good look?
The mish mash of patterns is just awful.

  12. This dress is an acquired taste. I don't like the different combined patterns within the fabric, so much going on. Regardless, it is very slimline and fits well. Apart from that I quite like the dress.

    1. Yes, Ava, one needs an acquired taste to appreciate QM's fashion choices.
But wait, tomorrow she could surprise us with a "wow".

  14. The dress is not flattering to her (or anybody) it doesn't fit her well, doesn't she have a person that advices her on what to wear? And again her hair, a big mess. Ony time it looks good is when she wears tiaras.
