  1. Both Queen and Princess look lovely and perfectly appropriate for an evening at an orchestral concert. In both outfits, the sparkles are not overdone. Nice to see them both not overly glammed up.

    1. @Anon 9:13 : Yes, Queen Maxima has made a good choice for the concert and played it down a bit with not too much 'glam'.
Princess Beatrix looks great and is being faithful to her dress code.
She will be celebrating her 85th birthday in a few weeks time.
Question? Who is that tall, handsome man standing next to Queen Maxima?

Best wishes to Klaus Makela with his contract with the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra.

Pour répondre à votre question, je pense que cela concerne le bel homme de la 4ème photo que j'avais aussi remarqué ; nous aurons certainement une réponse par retour !

    4. @Deadeggs: That is Dominik Winterling, the Managing Director of the Concertgebouwest. Sounds like you are thinking of adding him to your 'little black book' collection...lol, ;)

    5. Dear Anon 26/11/22 17:34 and Anon 9:13
Thanks for the information on Mr.Dominik Winterling.
Normally I’d cut and paste his photo for my scrapbook of “Handsome Princes”.
But zoot, he’s not a Prince.
Maybe I could bend the rules a bit as he has met and spoken to a Queen and a former Queen.
      I’m thinking about it 😀

  5. I really like the top for its simplicity. Hate the oversized trousers, they just make her look wider than she is. Not sure if there was some intended coordination going on with Princess Beatrix. Km

  6. Beaucoup d'élégance pour assister à ce concert même si cela manque de couleurs ; magnifiques escarpins !

  7. QM gorgeous with these flared trousers and the modern, great ( diamond?) brooch at the simple top. Former queen Beatrix also looking quite smart. Much better cape than she normally wears with those fur cuffs etc.

Like P.ss Beatrice, Q.Maxima and Mr Winterling too!
Maxima's hair looks beautifully styled and this not too glammed up ensemble is fabulous on her.

Mr. Winterling is already booked with a waiting list.

am I so late getting to the party?
      Oh, never mind.
I hope he has got at least a twin brother or a cousin (same features, please) and I'm gonna formally subscribe a new waiting list!😅
