On Friday November 25, 2022, Princess Marie of Denmark attended the opening of the Christmas Bazaar 2022 of the Danish Church (Frederikskirken) in Paris. 1.

    1. Marie is not dressed "boring and plain", she looks lovely. She seems to prefer dark colors. Nothing wrong with dark colors or solid colors. Perhaps Marie chose to not clash with the items in the market or to be the main focus. I don't understand the obsession with colors & prints. Now if this were a certain flashy queen of a low-lying country - she would be the main attraction, not the market itself. *Regina

    2. Oh come on @Regina.
Let’s not be unkind to that certain flashy queen of a low-lying country.
Now if this certain flashy queen of a low-lying country were there, you can bet your bottom socks off that the market would have a great ‘party’ feel to it and would probably be sold out at the end of the day 😀
p.s. big Christmas kisses to Maxima, my adorable ‘fun’ Queen’.

I'm popping in now after a week of hard work and Black Friday deals...and I guess my dearest Maxima has been criticized for something once again...
Oh, my gosh, I will always like Maxima no matter if she has a potato sack on.
Of course, everything on display in this market would have run soli out in no time of she had attended with her engaging smile.
I do not want in the least overshadow beautiful Princess Marie's and Prince Joachim's most worthy engagement.
Marie's sage green coat is so classy and fits her greatly.
      Love her pants too.
Big Christmas kisses to Maxima from me too.

  5. Oh I love this! The coat and trousers are beautiful colours that suit her well. The only thing I’d add is some jewelry, a brooch or necklace. (V.M.)

  6. This is a lovely coat, the pants and jumper look great. But the overall look is bland. A nice colorful scarf and brooch, would have given this outfit an more polished look
