On the occasion of Monaco's National Day 2022, Princess Caroline of Hanover handed out the distinctions in the Order of Cultural Merit. The ceremony took place in the Salon Bleu of the Prince's Palace. The Order of Cultural Merit honors and rewards people who have participated in the development of the arts, letters and sciences in Monaco or who, even abroad, have contributed, in these fields, to the intellectual influence of the Principality.

The Order of Cultural Merit is Monaco's fourth highest order and it was established by Prince Rainier III on December 31, 1952.

      Looks like the Monaco fashion secretary has had a busy week getting the memos out with information for the colour of the week.

    Belle veste en tweed militaire avec cette élégante jupe dont la couleur saumonée est très très pâle. A mon avis, il me semble que la couleur kaki aurait mieux convenu ; dommage que je ne vois pas mieux ses chaussures. Quel magnifique sari de la femme à droite de Caroline !

      DSC, I agree. Her shoes are very nice. I love the lavender colored sari worn by the lady to the right of Princess Caroline.

    This is a beautiful outfit. I love the jacket and skirt. The blouse is very pretty. The two tone shoes add a splash of color. It looks to be the Princess is wearing the gold bean bracelet on her right wrist and earrings, that was part of a interesting set belonging to Princess Grace, the necklace nowadays I feel is rather retro looking. Its nice to see the Princess wear these pieces. The blue/liliac sari is a gorgeous mix of colors, looks lovely on.

    Style-wise a very good match. But colours and materials clash. I still like it though, it´s classy and pretty, albeit a bit wonkily worn.

    Another beige outfit but this one looks better than the ones worn by the Monaco ladies yesterday. Princess Caroline looks really good here in a tame (for her) outfit. The jacket is lovely and the skirt is not only a nice shade of beige/cream but looks like it would move beautifully when you walk.
