On the second day of their visit to Värmland county, Prince Carl Philip and Princess Sofia of Sweden accompanied by Governor Georg Andren and his wife Maria Andren visited the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB - Myndigheten för samhällsskydd och beredskap) in Karlstad. The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency is a Swedish administrative authority, organised under the Ministry of Justice.

    I like the top and I like the skirt, but not together. I think this would've looked way better in the original baby blue ensemble. Like this, it looks almost as if she's wearing an apron or some other sort of uniform.

    I´m not opposed to colour-blocking but the way this blue block is arranged it looks a lot like an apron. I like her boots. And I think I like Carl-Philip´s bolder choice for a tie.

      An apron was exactly what I thought. Love the colours but not in this combination. With the shrugged on jacket it reminded me of an old fashioned nurse's uniform.

    I do like the skirt, the blue is a nice contrast to the burgundy, however the top is a little bit bulky to my taste.

    Belle association du haut et de la jupe trapèze dont le devant est plissé ; ses bottes dans un cuir souple sont vraiment à mon goût !

    Beautiful couple. Unfortunately, everything changes and unfortunately they don't look at each other the way they used to. Of course, that's just my opinion.
