Queen Silvia of Sweden is making a three-day visit to Amman, Jordan together with the Mentor. The purpose of the visit is to support the initiatives and activities of Mentor in Jordan. Mentor Arabia is a regional branch of Mentor International, a global non-governmental organization established by Queen Silvia. On Tuesday morning, the Queen visited a girls' school in Amman.
Queen Silvia, Queen Rania and Prince Turki bin Talal bin Abdulaziz attended a fundraising dinner for Mentor Arabia in Amman. Speaking at the event, Queen Silvia expressed her delight at the establishment of the Mentor Jordan chapter. Established in 2006, Mentor Arabia opened its official Jordanian office earlier this month.
Queen Rania of Jordan met with Queen Silvia of Sweden in Amman in the attendance of Princess Rym Ali and Princess Majda Raad. During the meeting, Queen Rania and Queen Rania discussed various issues of common interest.

The modern, simple cut with side embellishment and train looks absolutely fantastic on her. She looks the same age of her daughters!

Wonderful set of photos thank you. Queen Silvia's evening gown is outstanding, the fit is perfect, love the design. Her suit in the first photo, I love. The final photo, wow! love this suit, she looks fantastic. Queen Rain looks splendid in her evening wear, beautiful splash of color with her blouse. Love her brown and white dress, plenty of movement in the skirt , the beige shoes work in well.

Agree with all the comments praising Queen Silvia's white evening gown, fabulous fit and overall look beautiful. My only complaint is the shade of her lipstick, QS tends to favor this purplish shade but I don't think it's the best color for her all of the time. S.M.

Queen Rania has a special beauty about her and never hits a false note with her choice of fashion.

Queen Silvia looks simply amazing in her white gown. Sleek, simple and elegant. She has really good figure and this time seem to wear better bra. Many women half her age suffer with hair loss&thinning hair, Silvia is the lucky one who has still thick and lovely hair. Her children have inheritited her good-hair-gene it looks.

ردحذفQueen Silvia looks so elegant and beautiful in her white evening gown. The yellow blouse of Queen Rania hurts my eyes. A softer yellow or darker yellow would have been better. The brown and white dress on the last picture is lovely. Better length than usual, the sleeves are not to my taste.

Truly magnificent gown for Silvia, it suits her incredibly well. I wish Rania's look wasn't quite as jarring next to this understated elegance. She looks great, too, just not very coordinated.

ردحذفMust be one of the few that did not like the bright yellow blouse, it was too bright, a pale colour would have looked mu better... The Queen Silvia, gown was something from the 80's, and glad it still fit her, it washed her out and makeup too pale... The day dress for Queen Silvia was spot on! The outfit Queen Rania wore looked like something for a school girl. Annie
