  1. I like the vibrant pattern of the skirt and the colour looks great on Q Mathilde. I think the proportions would look better if the top was not tucked in. Perhaps the blouse could still be belted or she would have another hip length top made that was gathered at the waistline. Ladyofthemanor

  2. Lovely autumn colours but not sure about the print. The belt is much too large I think. Queen Mathilde wore a similar belt in yellow with a pair of trousers not long ago and it didn't look good on her neither. The boots are really nice.

  4. I like the outfit but think that the v-neck blouse shown on the model would have been a better choice with the long, full skirt. As it is Q. Mathilde looks completely smothered in fabric. (V.M.)

  5. Lovely colours. A pity she wears a large belt again. She has a top in the same colour as this one but it is a top to be worn on the skirt and not tucked in. I hope she will try that one next time and leave the belt at home. I love her wine red boots and clutch and earrings. Her hair looks good. I think it is trimmed a bit.

  6. I love the rich burgundy color's. The patterned skirt is pretty, but I am not a fan of the belt. The boots and small clutch look great.

  8. Great autumnal outfit and color on QM. All of the individual pieces are nice, although agree the belt could be thinner, but think she looks very nice overall.

  9. Top yes, skirt and belt no. The color of the top is wonderful for Queen Mathilde. I also really like her earrings.

  10. I love everything about this outfit. QM always looks lovely and radiant. I don't care for the earrings. They are a little too chunky for my taste.

  11. Sorry but this outfit just isn't flattering on her.

She's such a lovely woman I wish she'd try something other than Natan.

If you follow Queen Mathilde regularly on this blog you should know that she wears a lot of other designers than Natan, especially since the beginning of this year. But no matter which designer she wears, automatically when a picture of queen Mathilde is shown there is a category of people who automatically think if it is Queen Mathilde it must be Natan, even without reading the text of the article.

  13. Nice blouse, the skirt looks nice from afar, but not close up. josebabe

  14. I have the impression that Queen Mathildes figure changed quite during the menopauze. She had a small waist, but lost that and got a bit of a tummy. This is meant as an observation, not as bodyshaming. It is natural that a woman's figure changes during her lifetime. But it seems she still wants to emphasize her strong body-features from before, like her waist. The big belts are nice if you want to show your waist, but not now. An A-line-dress would be so much better.
