  1. Sofia è stata così triste ultimamente.

  2. The wide pants are way too wide for petite Princess Sofia. Then the A-line coat buttoned up on top--yikes. The parts of the outfit are great--except for the too wide pants--and Sofia looks wonderful. I love the coat--it looks toasty warm and very elegant. The posed photo of the Prince and Princess show Sofia's outfit to its best advantage.

    1. You have made a similar comment about Sofia before, so I thought about it but I cannot see what you are seeing. Sofia´s bust looks perfectly normal to me as far as her warm coat allows us to see.
"Way too low" sound like some serious sagging issue which is certainly not the case.

    2. Recently I defended you when you wrote something similar, but I can see that you must be really obsessed with Sofia's breasts.

Exactly my thoughts too. Yesterday I tried to wright down what I was thinking but my message has not been accepted. Glad I can agree with you both today.

  7. For Sofia, it seems, there is always a way to dress worse than the time before. Coat too long, pants too wide. Gruesomeness come over me....Frieda

  8. Not a fan of extra wide trouser. Sofia is a slim build, so tailored straight leg would be better for her.
I puzzled as to why you choose cream for outside engagement on a rainy day !

  9. Princess Sofia looks good but not convinced that the outfit is the best. The long white coat needs narrow trousers or a dress/skirt underneath it. Alternatively the wide trousers might look okay with a short jacket.. though as Janet says, the very wide trousers overwhelm her petite frame.

  10. Nice coat and slacks, but not together. For this coat she may have worn a slim pants, OMO of course and add some color, so it looks a bit drab. But it is nice to see them again. css

  11. Sofia´s whole outfit looks a bit bottom-heavy - the trousers are too wide, the jacket´s too long, and together it´s just too much bulk. It looks better in movement than when she´s standing still (especially next to her husband in his tight suit).
I like the style of the coat, and the colour, the shoes go well with it.

  12. The comment above is not mine, I am afraid that the same person that engaged me and other commenters on a previous thread about Sofia, is just trying to be malicious by signing by my nick. I suggest that Ms. Helen deletes the above @25/10/22 15:53, as zi am sure that the moderator can definitely check your email address. This behavior is nothing but harassment and frankly juvenile and a little unbalanced.
On the fashion side, I like both pieces separately, specially the coat, but the very wide pants should be worn with a tailored top, not a good combination with the A line coat.

  13. Also, for the anonymous @15:53 pretending to be me, you took a line from a previous comment on another thread ( yes the one that you lost your mind) and decided to copy and paste here signing my name. The funny thing is that I mistyped “ bust” and wrote “just”, anyone with a minimal knowledge of the English language would’ve recognized such error, and yet you went ahead and pasted it anyway.
Spending this time in following my comments, arguing, insulting and then pretending to be me is just not healthy, please take care of your health.
    Sincerely

    1. I agree. The coat is beautiful but the white pants destroy the look. And I can only imagine the pants after a little walk on those wet grounds…

  15. @vanessa & anonymous @20:47, that intentionally awful comment was not mine, the same disturbed person that calls herself Xx, copied and pasted a phrase from a different thread and signed as Cherry. I have been enjoying this blog for many years and frankly I can say that I am a respectful person and would never engage in such juvenile wars, also the stupidity of talking about undergarments when the pictures show a woman in a coat, is just that, stupid. Furthermore she copied a line on which I had made a typo, exactly with the same error.
I asked the moderator to please remove the comment, and thankfully she did,and although I don’t much believe in censorship, when somebody takes the time to stalk other commenters and sign with their names in order to create controversy, I think they should just be cancelled.

I suspected that the above (now deleted) comment wasn´t by you, it was so random and out-of-the-blue. I haven´t often agreed with you in the past, but there are two things that I have always liked about your comments: a) you elaborate on your thoughts and give us your reasoning, and b) you sign your name, so we recognise you.

  16. The coat, I like. But the baggy pants are an overkill.
I think the coat with a skirt underneath and the white boots, as seen on the model, would make a better mix.
The fashion house “Odd Molly” is a Swedish fashion house that’s existed for over 20 years. Their brand can be found in more than 38 countries with about 1.600 shops worldwide.
They aim to have products at an affordable price but evenso, you’d need a good salary or income to shop in their stores.

I am left speechless- and not in a good way- reading another weird comment from @Anonymous at 20:47 on this thread.
It is paradoxical that Anonymous or whoever she pretends to be talked about being obsessed with somethimg given this is just the behaviour she has elected to jump in and harass some targeted bloggers.
Then, please, Anonymous can you explain who defended who?
In addition, Anonymous, decide once and for all who you want to be.
As far as I know, the netiquette forbids to steal others' identities., so that I agree with @ Cherry that a check should be done on anonymous email(s) in order to avoid any further violations.
Anonymous pretended to be me(!) in a blurry comment of hers on the thread about Maxima's trip to Tanzania where the Queen was wearing a Givenchy dress.
Therefore, I ask @ Anonymous to read my reply on that thread.
Anyway, dear Anonymous, I can assure you that your ridiculous attemps at delegitimizing this blog and casting shadows over a few bloggers' credibility are painfully bound to fail.

    1. Dear @ P.the original.
This blogger has been stirring things up in a weird way for a while now.
Many different pseudonyms e.g. Xx and many times under “Anonymous”
She/he is easily identifiable by the style of comments she/he makes and the way she/he writes the comment, mistakes etc.
Many times I have refrained from replying as I don’t know the person and it is possible that the person has problems with her/his health (mental or otherwise) For this reason I try to remain neutral.
I had thought that the person was from an anti-royal group, but I now have my doubts.
If she/he continues to makes comments on the blog, I will just write, as I have already done, “no comment, next please”

    2. @deadeggs I cannot speak for some of the posters on this thread but the person having a discussion/disagreement with P the original is me. I am just one person and my fundamental disagreement with P the original is down to the fact that they randomly scold posters for comments and accuse them of being one person. My disagreement on this one point has led to a series of responses to me where a whole series of unfounded, inconsistent and untrue comments are directed at me (and another longtime poster that they assumed was me - completely unwarranted and rude including basically accusing said poster of being a liar).

It may well be wiser on my part just to ignore the comments but I dislike the hypocrisy of being told not to be rude and then seeing mocking comments in the very next phrase. If one is going to hold people to a set of standards then practising what is preached is probably a good place to start. The interesting thing is that when any of this is pointed out there is some amazing doubling down - apparently, P the original can't mock people because their upbringing prevents it but it's okay to make an exception when addressing me because they don't like something I've said.

I am not the person/people obsessed with Princess Sofia or hassling Cherry or doing strange things like trawling through comments from several years ago. Only that person or people know who they are - I called them out on it because I thought it was a bit creepy.

Maybe completely banning Anonymous posters might help but it doesn't seem to be high on the priorities list for the blog owner - and I don't find that especially surprising given the amount of work that running the blog must take.

      Dear Deadeggs,
as you can see, the poster from Anonymous at 14.22 is in the guise of a reply to you but it is meant as another form of indirect harassment to one of her selected targets, that is me.
I just can't realize her obsession with me and a few other commenters.
Yes, she is always recognizable no matter what kind of comment she produces.
Therefore , this is the very last time I reply to her.
      Not worthwhile and honesty tiring.
If she Is so determined to harass me without understanding a single word of what I really say in my comments,
I will follow your advice: no comment, next please.
Thank you, Deadeggs, I really appreciate your kind reply.

      To Anonymous :
unfortunately for you, the blurry way you conduct all of your posters betrays you.
If you are not the Anonymous I have been talking to so far, why are you reacting this way and replying just now?
There you go again with the mocking: as I have already told you on another thread, I do not use mocking as a habit (nobody ever complained about my mocking people in everyday real life) because I was taught since my early childhood that it is extremely bad form.
Is it so hard for you to understand once and for all that mocking was a sort of ultimate option or a last resort I had to make you understand your posters were and still are totally absurd and offensive not only towards me?
Therefore, there is no hypocrisy at all
I have tried everything with you: ignoring you, replying kindly, replying in a more straightforward way like I am doing now, but my every try was useless with you.
Keep in mind that bloggers including myself are not willing to be fooled by you, everyone can see how the convoluted way of expressing your " opinions" is a distinctive feature of whatever comment you write on this blog irrispective of the identity you choose or no identity at all when you write as Anonymous.
There are anonymous comments on this blog, actually, but I do not have any reason to doubt about them because who writes and thinks sensibly is very easy to detect even on some anonymous posters.
I feel you are looking for some sort of attention at all costs and desperately trying to have someone (Deadeggs in this case) siding with you but you chose the worst way to get sympathy.
You seem to embody that motto : sink or swim.
And indeed you are swimming in troubled waters created solely by you but without any direction.
You won' t be given any respect if you do not respect others, I mean all and everyone contributing on this site.
If you are always rude and jump in in your combat gear on this site, what do you expect from bloggers and from me?
In addition, I personally do not buy the victim narrative you have resorted to in your latest comments.
What for persuading others that you are a victim when all bloggers know you are none.
I guess you are a woman not a little girl throwing tantrums.
I am a tough adult woman, very tough, or otherwise I could never do the kind of job I do on planes.
What do you know about my sensitiveness?
I am sensitive because I am emphatic when needed and because I reject any form of verbal abuse, especially towards people around me.
Yes, I tend to be protective both at work and in everyday life in general.
      Enough said.

      Goodbye.

      @ Deadeggs
Also, I am pretty sure she is a woman albeit she occasionally uses a male nickname.
Why should a man be spending so much time simply belittling some beautiful royal women just because they are beautiful, hard -working, cultivated and successful in their jobs?
Or why should a man ever be seeking relentlessy any fault whatever in the way these ladies dress, move or strike poses?
I think all this stems from a woman' s personal frustration(s).

    5. @ anonymous 14:22: I believe you, and I´m sure there are perfectly reasonable and polite people like you amongst the anonymous crowd. I never thought it was only one person posting anonymously, and I understand that you feel treated unfairly when obnoxious comments are blamed on you when you had nothing to do with them.

Having said that, I cannot really understand why you want to remain an anonymous poster, especially given the risk of being confused with not-so-nice fellow anonymous posters. What´s the benefit? You don´t have to reveal your real identity, you don´t even have to be logged in to give yourself a name and thus develop a profile in this comment section.

I think you have written a very reasonable, rational and well-worded comment, so I have no reason to suspect you for anything. But the fact alone that you choose to remain anonymous makes me wonder what the purpose can be other than being able to hide. A nice person doesn´t need to hide.

Hilarious @PtheO - read this "sentence" back to yourself and then look up a definition of convoluted.

      I'm also speaking plainly - I have N E V E R belittled any royal woman.

No victim narrative - an answer to @deadeggs. If you choose to interpret it that way that's on you.

Nobody tried to understand me. There are more anonyms. Not all anonymous comments are mine. I have no mental problems (!!!). Don't worry. I'm learning English. Not everyone is lucky that it is their first language. I make mistakes like everyone else. Only this and so much. I have no right to comment? Why does everyone hate me?

  21. @ Xx, I am surprised that they still allow you to write on this blog. Cherry didn't write anything about " breasts" that was YOU, she wrote about undergarments then you proceeded to insult her, harass her, produce comments that she had made years ago, and were just as inoffensive as the one she made on the last thread, who has that kind of time in their hands? At one point I thought that you were just not well versed in English, but here you come and you copy and paste a line out of context and sign with her name? Sadly there is yet one more thread about the princess on which you make some dubious & rather disturbing comments about her body, and again sign as Cherry. I am glad that the moderator removed your comments per her request, you are one sick puppy!!!

  22. I think that the sooner the better for the rule to be enforced on name or nickname if you want your comment to be published.
It won’t solve the problem 100% but it will help to cull out those hiding behind “anonymous”.
You can of course create a profile and hide behind a second name or nickname.
But it creates more work for the blogger and may slow them down a bit with the management of their comments.
Maybe there’is technical problem with the New-My-Royals’ site for this to be done. The rule is there but at the moment, not enforced.
But something needs to be done quickly. It’s getting a bit out of hand.
