  1. La Grande-Duchesse est ravissante dans l'association de ces deux couleurs mais en portant ce blazer en velours plus court sur cette combinaison en satin, elle aurait encore plus d'allure !

  2. I love the idea of GD M.Teresa's ensemble but the fact that she is a little lady all her clothes should be made adapted to her measurements. Being little myself I'm well aware of the problem. Max Mara is a brand that make beautiful clothes but they are made for tall women. Once you are making the jackets and/or the pants shorter the whole outfit is not equilibrated anymore. The wine red color suits MT very well.

    1. I completely agree with you about sizing for MT's petite size. If the dimensions of the jacket and the pants were adapted to her height this would be a stunning outfit. As it is, when she is standing she looks overwhelmed by all the fabric. And, yes, the color is gorgeous on MT!

    2. Yes, some off the rack clothing lines can be tailored a bit successfully and others not so much.

  3. I think the women wearing mid-length dresses with the addition of shoulder coverings look very pretty. In comparison I think GDMT looks a bit frumpy. The color of her jumpsuit and velvet blazer is pretty, but the fit of both garments are much too large for her.

  4. Max Mara made a lovely combination in a beautiful colour here, but not for GMDT: as said above: far too wide, the trousers as well as the ( open) blazer.
It’s a pity for those wonderful clothes,

  5. Not her style. MT can do much better. css

  6. She makes this same mistake repeatedly. Too much fabric. She should either tailor the entire piece to a petite size or shouldn't wear it. With the volume on the bottom, She needed a shrunken jacket to balance it out. It is good to see a color other than black.

  7. The ensemble is a very pretty one, the velvet color of the jacket is a glorious shade. The overall look lacks style and I believe that is due to the sizing of these garments. Regardless she looks lovely, and engaging.
