On September 13, 2022, King Felipe and Queen Letizia attended the official opening of the expansion of the University Hospital of Guadalajara (HUGU - Hospital Universitario de Guadalajara). On January 25, 1982, the University Hospital of Guadalajara was formally inaugurated. The hospital celebrated its 40th anniversary last January and currently is the reference center for 288 municipalities throughout the province.

The Queen looks immaculately groomed in this outfit. The pants fit perfectly. I particularly love the white blouse, the embellishments are gorgeous, she looks very pretty and feminine.

It's a no from me. The proportions are all wrong and don't like the blouse with the white trousers. Letizia's posture is also odd. I wonder if the trousers are too tight?
