On September 29, 2022, Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene received Denise Campbell Bauer, new Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States to the French Republic and the Principality of Monaco at the Prince's Palace in Monaco. Mrs. Bauer presented her Letters of Credence to the Prince on this occasion.
Denise Bauer is an American diplomat serving as the United States ambassador to France and Monaco. Bauer served as Ambassador of the United States to Belgium from 2013 to 2017.

I checked it out and I now understand it can mean “getting better” “getting your strength back” and “feeling good again”.
I agree, Princess Charlene seems to be getting back into form which is great news.
Her ensemble fits in well with the occasion. Low key but chic.
The white suit worn by Madame l'Ambassadrice has been well chosen also.
p.s. according to a report and photos in the English newspaper, “Express”, the pants worn by Princess Charlene are the same as those worn in New York by the Duchess of Sussex when visiting a school in September 2021.
