The first dress is a bit too long and I don’t think the casual sandals are a good choice for this occasion. The second dress is lovely, and nicely accessorized. They certainly are a busy couple these days. (V.M.)

Agree on all points, especially those casual sandals - okay for beach resort wear, but definitely not appropriate for official tours abroad, be it to the Caribbean or to Cyprus. The shoes can make an outfit, or do the opposite, as is the case here - dress, jewelry, accessories, all combine to create a tasteful semi-formal look. Until the eye reaches the shoes, which make it look like she is lounging at home in her comfy caftan. On a positive note, Sophie has really upped her hair game of late, she's looking fabulous from the ankles up.

Both pairs of shoes worn with the 2nd dress of the day are suitable, whew! And hair style even better. S.M.

The first dress is much too long, the second one looks better.

The yellow patterned dress worn with the heels was the best look. The cream coloured dress was even longer than usual and just looked awful. What does she have on her feet?? The skirt of the dress is nicely styled and if it was maybe 6 inches shorter could have looked great.

Sophie looks very elegant in the first dress--even though it is way too long. The second dress is very pretty and like how it looks with both the more formal heels and then with the espadrilles (I can understand why she switched her shoes to walk on the unpaved road surface). The second dress is meant to be long--look at the model--so I think had the hemline been moved up just maybe even 5 inches it would look even better.

I really like the first dress and how she has it accessorized. However, it is much too long and the shoe situation is atrocious. Like most everyone else I think she wears her dresses much too long. She is such a pretty lady and she has really been turning it out lately.

It becomes very boring. 1st dress much too long. Doesn't she have a mirror in her room ? The sandals she is wearing don't go with this kind of dress. It is not the 1st time she is making that mistake. 2nd dress : the fitting is better and so are the shoes. But also too long. She has similar dresses by this brand in another color.

  8. Il n'y a que la première robe qui soit jolie même si elle est un peu trop longue ; ses boucles d'oreilles et son médaillon sont t-ils du même style ? J'aimerais mieux les voir ! Que portent t-elles comme chaussures ?!

I like both outfits on Sophie, but the first one is way too long for her, while the second one is a nice nod to the Cypriot flag.
Like her hairstyle and shoes too.
Edward is well groomed and dignified.
Well done to the Wessexes, a real asset to BRF.

Always liked Sophie with that kind of hairstyle but the dresses which could have been nice if shorter are too long .

The first dress is of a lovely flowing ( silk?) material: may-be when she walks it isnot so long afterall.
The second dress is more joyfull and flatters her very much.

Such a lovely lady to allow the dresses to overwhelm her. She looks like she is drowning in too much fabric and way too long.

Both outfits are beautiful but I do not like the shoes on the first outfit. I love the fact that she changed her shoes on the second outfit, and it still looks great, one more formal and the other more informal. It is very seldom that you can wear the same dress with different shoes and get totally different looks. Well done to this amazing charming lady. (~MS~)
