On Tuesday 10 May, Queen Máxima opened the ARTIS-Groote Museum in Amsterdam. The national monument ARTIS-Groote Museum that was built in 1855 is the oldest museum building in Amsterdam. The Groote Museum was closed to the public in 1947 but has been recently renovated. Together with the collections exhibited in the park, the museum seeks to create awareness of the relationship between man and nature.
She has adapted to her mature age now, and it is so much better: the slightly grey hair, no longer ultra blond: very charming.

QM has this dress for a few years now. I don't see any grey hair. She has highlights and her darker natural color is shining through.

ردحذفI like both the dress and the accessories QM is wearing today, but I think the ‘hat’ should have been a little higher on the head. That said, overall it looks nice (but not quite as great as the first time QM wore this dress at Royal Ascot a few years ago)

I liked this dress the first time Maxima wore it and I still like it now. The light turban style hat also goes well with the lightness of the dress. The look is perfect for a suit-and-tie daytime event like this.

حذفYes you can see the Mayor of Amsterdam on the 2nd picture. I didn't know her but I saw she was wearing the mayor's chain with the medallion on top of her coat. So it is not difficult to know that she is the mayor. In my country mayor's don't have a chain like that, they wear a sash.
حذفThe colouring of her skin is somewhat yellow due to the colour of her dress. She doesn't look "fresh" though I like the dress, the hat... it doesn't do anything for her
ردحذفI think the queen looks fabulous from head to toe. I love the chiffon like fabric over the sheath. Her shoes with the bows and the hat (turban) complement the dress perfectly. Her diamond and pearl drop earrings are gorgeous. And, of course, her smile is charming.

The Queen looks wonderful. I love this ensemble. The accessories are a great choice. I loved this dress the first time she wore it, a good choice for this event. Her hair and hat look splendid. Love the bows on her shoes.
