  1. Lovely to see Princes Margriet "at work". And nice to see Pieter van Vollenhofen too. They remind me of the Gloucesters in the UK- a discreet and dependable part of the wider Royal family. Like the first outfit, which is smart but not dull, The second one is stunning, A great example of an appropriate outfit that wows.

  4. She is quite elegant ; looks young for her age, if it is not a taboo to say so.

I very much like Princess Margriet's floral blouse with red pants. It looks as though she may have borrowed the pants shown in the first set of photos from Queen Max :)

Princess Margriet does not have to borrow Queen Maxima's pants she dresses herself young. Her hair is always done very nice. Her accessories are always good chosen to match her outfit. She is a living example that even if you are getting older there is still possibility to look younger than your age by choosing the right color and outfit. Camilla could take some lessons from her.

Princess Margriet looks wonderful--both her outfits are wonderful! I love how she is back in Ottowa, her birthplace. The story of her birth and the ingenuity of the Canadian government is a great one. She is the perfect member of the DRF to send on an official visit not to mention she and her husband are lovely couple and do a wonderful job supporting the DRF and the Netherlands.

Bit of respect for an older couple maybe? Just in case...

But you wear masks to protect others not yourself.

Indeed G. A lot of people still do not understand that you have to wear a mask to protect other people. Only a little percentage of protection is for the person who wears the mask. In the Netherlands and in my country too the custom is now : if you feel the need to wear a mask, f.ex. when there is a gathering of a lot of people, you are free to do so. If you do not want to, you are not obliged to wear a mask. In most countries of the Western world almost everybody is vaccinated and received a booster. The last news about the vaccination I heard is that maybe during autumn 2022 we will be invited again to get a second booster.

  10. Both these outfits look wonderful. I love the white fitted jacket, she looks fabulous combined with the floral pants, excellent fit. Her white shoes and subtle pieces of jewellery finish the outfit off well. The bright floral top fits well and adds a splash of color. The red pants are fabulous, fit beautifully, love the red shoes. She is always chic and stylish. A modern but always elegant dresser. Its always a bonus to see her.

I like PM's white jacket and floral pants. But I do not think her other outfit is particularly suitable for an official visit to the cemetery, sorry. /LL

  13. This lady is not only very elegant she is very fit and agile. She is 79 years old. If i crouched down to plant a plant like that I would not be able to stand up again without help and I am much younger. I do not like white leather shoes or handbags ever. I have no idea why I dislike them so much, so that is a no for me otherwise I think she looks very elegant but still casual and not stuffy.

Stunning floral blouse on red pair of trousers worn by PM; she looks absolutely wonderful. The first combination is also nice, but I'm not too keen on the white shoes; believe black or red would have had my preference.
