I don't care for the blue and gold shoes. I think grey or white would have looked better. Yellow would work also.

It is a lovely ensemble but the dress is too short. Now that she finally found an outfit that is stylish and modern at the same time, the dress is too short. The tweed fabric is also too hot for the time of the year.

I disagree , she is a young woman and it suits her perfectly. Also in England in the Spring which it still is , it isn’t horribly hot .

Marriage and motherhood suit Bea brilliantly. It appears that she has hired a stylist and it taking excellent care of herself. Edo is the best thing to happen to Bea.

    1. Agree 200%! I was a bit leary of Edo at first, but he and Bea have represented the BRF with class and style.

The outfit is *okay* for the purpose, but I think there’s too much braid when the dress is worn with the jacket. One or the other would be enough. I don’t mind the length - it’s not as if she’s out with the Queen. (V.M.)

  5. Belle allure dans cet ensemble moderne et même si la robe est un peu courte, je trouve qu'elle montre ses jolies jambes ; élégante pochette (clutch) !

Not stylish, but a good attempt. Weather too warm for winter fabric, shoes are wrong colors, skirt too short.

It really hasn't been that warm here on some days so it's fine.

    2. It's certainly not been particularly warm throughout the UK. You can get very lightweight tweeds these days so not necessarily a heavy fabric. Agree that the short skirt spoils the overall look.

Beatrice looks fabulous!!! Marriage and motherhood have made her blossom--she has never looked better since Sienna was born. I love that she added a pop of color with the blue shoes.Other posters have commented about the length of the dress--I too would like to see a bit longer hemline but Bea has great legs and she's young so let her wear the short dresses because she can carry them off.

  9. I've always admitted that I don't understand fashion so I can't say what I find wrong about this outfit. Her legs are slim and beautiful and then this dress, especially the upper part, seems so bulky, if this is the right word...perhaps some expert can put it better.

Very nice outfit, I would have this a little bit longer, but she is young and she looks great wearing it. Love her hairstyle again today.

Always something that does not look good when Beatrice has a new outfit. Now she is falling from one extremity (always too long dresses with old fashion little flowers) into another extremity (now she is wearing a dress that is too short). It is such a nice ensemble a pity she does not see it herself that a tweed outfit like this is not beautiful with a skirt or dress that is too short. The shoes don't match either. But she is still young she can learn it. I hope when she gets older she will dress herself better than her mother does..

why a photo of her when princess Anne does so many worthwhile engagements (no photos) and yet a photo of someone at a dress shoppe opening?

I would personally rather see Princess Beatrice than Princess Anne no matter how hard Anne works. This is a style blog after all.

I would rather see the woman who has worked her entire lifetime, rather than someone who is a 2ndary royal.

  14. Pss Beatrice looks lovely in this ensemble, it suits her well. The skirt is a bit short for my liking, but she is young, and doesn't look out of place (I know I am showing my age LOL!) regardless she looks good. The shoe color and clutch I don't like. Overall presentation she looks terrific.

I love the outfit and Beatrice's hair looks particularly glam. But those electric blue pumps don't go well with the suit and almost throws off the entire ensemble.

Beatrice looks good; I like the shoes anything but boring. Lets invite a royal to a shop opening ;might lift the sales; the clothes is pretty unremarkable.(Tara)
