What? Does she put oil on her arms to make them shiny? Looks ridiculous.

Sorry, what Is there so ridiculous?
Whoever devotes some time to body and face skin care, knows that there are some kind of body highlighters which make one's tan stand out and shine.
      Letizia is flawless IMO.

RidĆculous? Many women do that even in their legs and decolletage. In what world do you live?

    4. Look at Jens Stoltenberg's hand when he shakes hands with the Queen, it also shines. Oil? No it is the angle of the ligth most probably.

I think it's the lighting. Her face has similar glow. Pictures don't tell the whole story. Look at videos to see what it looks like more.

    7. I am a ery critical person but I do not see any extraordinary shine on her arms. It is just the lighting and probably well hydrated skin.

  9. The first time the Queen wore this outfit I loved it and the same now, it is very pretty and feminine. The skirt has plenty of movement, its a lovely design. I am wondering what shoes she wore this time?

  10. Adorable as always.
And as always, the tag on the photo is from a designer and not from the Spanish royal family, like the tag of other royals. Why?
