I liked this dress before and still do on QM; she looks elegant and because of the colourful horizontal lines sportive and festive as well.

If the dress was just a bit longer Queen Mathilde would look much better.

    1. Agree. For a Natan this looks really good on her but the wee bit extra length is needed.

  3. Generally not a fan of horizontal stripes but this suits the Queen and the orange accessories are a lovely touch.

I'm not usually a fan of horizontal stripes, but, in this instance, they look good. Would Queen Mathilde look even better if her dress were just a wee bit longer? I love her shoes, clutch and earrings which match the orange stripes of the dress.

The dress is lovely on Queen Mathilde. Perfect length for her. The waist is a bit lower. Those who are always insisting that she should wear her dresses with a lower waistline cannot complaining anymore. For a dress that she worn for the first time in 2017 I think, it is still very fashionable.

Loved this dress when Queen Mathilde has worn it in the past and she looks marvelous again today. This dress is a perfect example of how horizontal stripes can work and look great. I'd also like to give the King a shout out--love that pinstripe suit!

How do these women walk across cobblestones in those high heels?

  12. The Queen looks lovely in this dress, though I don't like horizontal stripes, the Queen makes this work well. Love her color of accessories.

Good of Queen Mathilde to get one of her oldies out of the closet. People who didn't like it 5 or 6 years ago, love it today. Maybe QM is ahead with her choices of clothes. Somebody said the other day that she dressed herself like an old lady. I don't see an old lady when I look at these pictures but an elegant young woman who knows what suits her.
