Pierre Casiraghi and Beatrice Borromeo attended the Dior Grand Gala at the Teatro La Fenice in Venice on the opening day of Venice Art Biennale on Saturday. Over four hundred guests were present at the gala. The 2022 Venice Art Biennale is supported by Dior.
Dior has once again collaborated with the non-profit organization Venetian Heritage dedicated to the restoration and conservation of the cultural treasures of Venice, and held jointly a charity gala on Saturday at the Teatro La Fenice for the purpose of raising funds for the restoration of the Ca 'd'Oro Museum and Ukrainian refugees in Italy.
The Ca’ d’Oro Museum on the Grand Canal is considered the best surviving palazzo in Venetian Gothic architecture. One of the older palaces in the city, its name means "golden house" due to the gilt and polychrome external decorations which once adorned its walls.

Beatrice is a pretty young women but this dress isn´t doing her any favour. Neither the colour nor the style of the dress suit her.

حذفOh yes it does. If there is anyone who can wear this kind of dress it is her. It is really a dress for Venice. I think Dior created this dress to remind the "Carnaval de Venise". Perhaps that is why the model is wearing a carnival mask over her eyes.

حذفBeatrice is always so beautiful and here demonstrates the expression "would look good even in a bin bag" I know it's an arts festival and therefore something more unusual can be expected but a black leotard with scraps of fabric is not classy, even if she is gorgeous.

ردحذفWhen I first saw these pics, Beatrice's evening dress produced a flow of adjectives in my mind: surely "edgy" for a lady belonging to a royal family, but so subtly intriguing, wonderful, almost gloomy and mysterious like the night, a game of the seen and the unseen.

Fashion is a form of art itself and I detect a fil rouge between the gothic architetture of this Venetian palace and the gothic flair of this unique dress.
This evening gown is a work of art and the cape is a splendid finishing touch.
The contrast between the neutral tones of Beatrice's makeup ,who is also a natural blonde, and the deep black colour of her ensemble is perfect.
The green stones of her earrings are like a blaze in the obscurity.
I could image no other royal lady being so dazzling in an outfit like this.
Pierre is extremely handsome.
