Crown Princess Mary participated in the Mary Foundation's celebration for her 50th birthday at Moltke's Palace in Copenhagen. Moltke's Palace or Christian VII's Palace is one of the four palaces of Amalienborg in Copenhagen. On February 5, 2022, Crown Princess Mary turned 50 years old. The Crown Princess’s 50th birthday was celebrated with a number of events in the beginning of February.
In 2007, The Crown Princess established The Mary Foundation based on a national gift of 1.1 million kroner which The Crown Prince Couple received from the people of Denmark, the Faroe Islands and Greenland in honour of the wedding in 2004. The Mary Foundation’s mission is to combat social isolation, based on the belief that everyone has a right to belong.

I find all these birthday celebrations very narcissistic. Queen Margrethe loves to be celebrated as well but Mary's 50th is totally over the top.

Mary looks beautiful in her simple, elegant green dress. The neckline is gorgeous--it really elevates a simple design--and Mary has a number of these types of dresses so this different neckline really sets this dress apart. I also love this dark green color for her.

This is a lovely, subtle but elegant dress. Its a beautiful shade of green. The fit and length is fabulous. I love the neckline, its very flattering and adds interest to this dress. The shoes are a great choice.
