On February 14, 2022, Former Queen Sofía of Spain visited the food bank Bancosol at Trevénez industrial estate in Malaga. Queen Sofía, who has been working with Bancosol since 2012 through her charitable foundation, toured the facilities to receive more information on how the organization works.

The charity distributed seven million kilos of food in 2021 to 54,000 people, of whom 19,000 were children. A food bank is a non-profit, charitable organization that distributes food to those who have difficulty purchasing enough.

  1. Je ne pense pas dire de bêtises mais il me semble que la reine Sofia a ressorti ce blazer de son dressing ; sous un certain angle, il ressemble à du Chanel - Sa petite broche paraît bien migonne mais j'aimerais mieux la voir !

    1. C'est un coquelicot fait à partir de canettes de boisson. Elle en possède plusieurs et les a achetés au Rastrillo de charité de sa défunte belle-sœur Infanta Pilar.

  2. The blazer (I agree with Tulipe33 that it does look like Chanel), which is perfectly tailored, is delightful. Queen Sofia looks very pretty.

    Another example of a very elegant aristocratic lady. I love her (Chanel ?) jacket. On the last pictures we have seen from her on this blog she has always a lovely hairdo. With the mask it is difficult to see but she seems to have that lovely smile again on her face. She looks more happy than in the past.
