Queen Mathilde visited the Flemish Helpline 1712 call center (De hulplijn 1712) in Leuven on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of establishment of the call center. The Government of Flanders has a hotline to report any kind of violence and (child) abuse. The hotline is for everyone. The helpline wants to provide the opportunity to talk about experiences and worries and to further monitor cases, whether or not with professional support.

  1. Mi piace molto la stampa dell'abito e le sta bene.

The clothing is well fitting, the print ok, not great, but ok for a winter's outing. The boots are a nice addition which lengthens the overall line of the outfit.

  3. This is a good winter outfit. The fit is great and the boots work in well. I am not a fan of the pattern of the coat, regardless the Queen looks lovely.

At first I did not see it is a coat dress instead of a coat. It is unusual but not bad. I like the way her hair is done. The fantasy earrings are lovely and match the brown in the pattern of the coat dress and the dark brown boots and clutch.
Yesterday I saw pictures of Queen Mathilde when they left the UAE. She wore a new navy pant suit by Armani. Very chic.

  5. Un imprimé qui est idéal pour l'hiver mais je trouve que même si sa coupe est bonne, cette robe est ceinturée trop haut ; elle est bien ravissante quand même surtout avec les bottes qu'elle a très bien choisies !

I think I would have liked the overall look better if (in the case of QM) there wasn't a large pocket near the right hip and the belt would have been less tight. Pattern, colours and boots go well on her.

    1. MCS, I agree. I wonder how the coatdress would have looked beltless which might have allowed the hem to fall a few centimeters lower. But, Queen Mathilde is always beautiful regardless of what she wears.

Honestly, I do not like this outfit on Mathilde but the boots are stunning.
One of her most important and valuable engagements in my view.

She has other engagements as important as this one but they are not always showed on this blog. I wonder why.
